The Lead: High-Stakes Documentation. High-Velocity Results.

"In documentary production, if the paperwork isn’t signed, the story doesn't exist. In the automotive world, if the pencil isn't moving, the deal isn't happening. I built my career at the intersection of both."

The Technical Foundation

My background is rooted in the technical discipline of documentary filmmaking. I was trained not just to capture a subject, but to manage the entire ecosystem of a production: the intricate architecture of an interview, the legal fortitude of talent releases and location contracts, and the ethical responsibility of representing a brand’s truth.

Whether it was securing a difficult signature for a production or managing the high-pressure environment of a dealership floor, I learned one universal truth: Success is a result of momentum.

The "Assume the Sale" Philosophy

At the dealership, I brought the documentary "close" to the sales desk. I didn't wait for the "perfect moment" to talk numbers; I started the paperwork the second a guest sat in front of me. This wasn't just a sales tactic—it was an operational strategy. By removing the friction of the "start," the deal became inevitable.

Today, I apply that same Assume the Sale mentality to creative strategy. At Metro Media Houston, we don’t just produce content; we build high-performance assets designed to move metal. We handle the technical heavy lifting—from production logistics to strategic deployment—so that by the time your customer sees the creative, the "deal" is already in motion.
